Houndwave 2019
Taking part in Houndwave, Adelaide's official doggy day out, was an absolute blast.
Working alongside the wonderful Veils and Tails, our Saturday started out quite literally wild and windy, and I was quietly terrified that we were going to lose our marquee to the whims of the weather! Thankfully though, with many many reinforcements we managed to stay grounded. The sun slowly but surely shone down on us and brought out so many wonderful people and dogs for us to meet.
Fittingly, it was also a figuratively whirlwind-busy day for Veils and Tails and I, and we're so thankful to all who came by to say hello and have a cuddle and a photo.
Thank you for sharing such a fun afternoon with us, and for absolutely making our weekend. I've spent these last few days looking through a compilation of sweet, hilarious, grumpy, derpy, serious as well as darling faces, and I'd love to share them here with you.
Making these portraits has filled my heart, and only serves to confirm that I have the absolute best job in the world.
